Dr. Adam Hickman is the Vice President of Learning, Organizational Development, and Cast Members at Partners Federal Credit Union – A Walt Disney Company. In this role, Adam is responsible for executing the people strategy related to human development, engagement, culture development, and progressive career mobility. Adam has over 18 years of experience leading leadership development efforts and recently has published research related to maximizing performance amid a remote or hybrid workforce.

In previous roles, Dr. Hickman has consulted with leaders related to workplace practice. He was responsible for leading the workplace, learning, and translating research, best practices, and behavioral and management sciences into practical and compelling articles that drive organizational change and performance outcomes for clients. Most recently, Dr. Hickman was nominated in the Global Top 100 Learning and Development Professionals for his efforts related to professional development. As well as serving on various Board of Director roles related to executive development.

Dr. Hickman holds a doctorate in organizational development, two master’s degrees in organizational leadership and management, and a bachelor’s in communication. Dr. Hickman also has complete executive education certification via Ross Business School at the University of Michigan and the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame.

Dr. Steven Witt is a PhD scholar and researcher with knowledge in current best practice educational theory and methods. He is a national and international presenter with knowledge in student engagement and literacy practices. His research focus is on transformative research and leadership practices and academic coaching. He is the author of a book on Transformative research practices as well as the book, “Leadership Resilience: The Path to Possibilities.”

Elzie Flenard, III, is the founder of Enterprise NOW!. Elzie is also the host of the Enterprise NOW! Podcast, a business and entrepreneurship talk show that seeks to educate, motivate, and inspire current business owners as well as aspiring entrepreneurs on a variety of business related topics. Enterprise NOW! features entrepreneurs and business leaders from various industries and fields. Elzie has more than a decade of experience as an engineering professional and entrepreneur. He thrives on thinking outside the box, bringing the best out of entrepreneurs, and driving results. He provokes thought, challenges creativity and inspires persistence. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Carroll University and is an Accredited Small Business Consultant.

Rev. Dr. Jamison Hardy earned his bachelor’s degree from Concordia University Wisconsin and his MDiv from Concordia Theological Seminary, Fort Wayne. After being ordained in 2000, Pastor Hardy served with Concordia Lutheran Ministries and traveled to Kenya, Sudan, and South Africa several times throughout the years overseeing projects benefitting orphans and the indigenous people in those regions. Pastor Hardy earned his DBA from Walden University in Baltimore in 2012 and he later went on to teach at CTSFW in the D.Min program. At CTSFW, he primarily taught on pastoral leadership and parish administration. In 2015, Pastor Hardy was elected as the 21st President and Bishop of the English District of the LCMS. In 2024, he was installed as the President of the Concordia University System. He has authored a book entitled, “Pastoral Leadership: Shepherding and Caring for God's People.”
